I found the location excellent for getting around. Staff helped greatly, they even arranged the gondola ride. Easy underground parking made things simpler. A bus pass helped us get around easily.
The gym felt disappointing. I would have liked to see more equipment available.

the room matched the pictures exactly. i stayed with my teenage son and he slept on the pull out sofa, we still had plenty of space for three people. the bathroom was large. the room was very clean, the facilities were great, and parking underneath was easy.
the fitness center was disappointing and the sauna was out of order.

the hotel's location was perfect for me it was simple to walk into town i also enjoyed walking along the river i found the underground parking very convenient it was free to use i found the wood fireplace burning it smelled wonderful upon arrival i also liked the rooftop jacuzzi it was open until late at night
the rooms were not attended to at one point clean towels were not available

The hotel's location was acceptable. It was fairly close to the town's main attractions.
My room was on the ground floor, with a large stone column directly outside the window. (I thought this was a joke). This resulted in a dark room with no view and a constant need to keep the blinds closed. The TV did not allow connecting to any apps, such as Netflix, and the room felt dated for what I paid. The price didn't seem worth it, considering the room's drawbacks.

my second visit was disappointing. the price was exorbitant for what was offered (i paid a third of the price last october). i was not provided with an upgraded room despite the high cost.
