We had an incredible family stay at the hotel, enjoying its inviting atmosphere and stunning views of the mountains. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our needs. While the dining experience was very good, we would have preferred a bit more variety. The unique rooftop hot tubs added a special touch to our relaxation time. However, we found the indoor pool to be a bit small, which might not suit larger families.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location in downtown Banff made it super easy to explore shops and dining options.
